PayPal to give away $80,000 with 40 $400 prizes up for grabs each Monday in May
PayPal Australia has today announced the #PayPalMoneyMonday competition, which will give away 40 $400 prizes on each of the five Mondays in May, with a total prize pool of $80,000.
For your chance to win, simply follow @PayPalAU on Instagram, comment with the blue heart emoji on the competition post within the submission period for each round (outlined below) and send your PayPal account email address to the @PayPalAU Instagram account via direct message.
Weekly winners who submitted eligible entries during the submission period for each Round will be randomly selected and announced each week, with prizes deposited into the PayPal account of the eligible winner.

Entry Requirements
The competition is open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years or over and hold a valid Australian personal PayPal account in good standing (for example, it is not restricted or limited in any way, and does not have a negative balance) at all relevant times, excluding employees and contractors of the Promoter and their family members, and any agencies or companies associated with the management of this Competition.
Competition Period
The Competition:
- starts on Sunday 1 May 2022 at 7am AEST time; and
- ends on Monday 30 May 2022 at 9:00am AEST time (which will be the last day for submission of entries).
Competition draw will occur 5 times during the Competition Period (each draw is a “Round”) and will take place as follows:
- Round 1: Entries must be submitted between Sunday 1 May 2022 at 7am AEST and Monday 2 May 2022 at 9.00am AEST. Random draw will be conducted at 11:30am AEST on Monday 2 May 2022.
- Round 2: Entries must be submitted between Sunday 8 May 2022 at 7am AEST and Monday 9 May 2022 at 9.00amAEST. Random draw will be conducted at 11:30am AEST on Monday 9 May 2022.
- Round 3: Entries must be submitted between Sunday 15 May 2022 at 7am AEST and Monday 16 May 2022 at 9.00am AEST. Random draw will be conducted at 11:30am AEST on Monday 16 May 2022.
- Round 4: Entries must be submitted between Sunday 22 May 2022 at 7am AEST and Monday 23 May 2022 at 9.00am AEST. Random draw will be conducted at 11:30am AEST on Monday 23 May 2022.
- Round 5: Entries must be submitted between Sunday 29 May 2022 at7am AEST and Monday 30 May 2022 at 9.00am AEST. Random draw will be conducted at 11:30am AEST on Monday 30 May 2022.
