Comedian Jimmy Rees inspires #PointsPossibilities for Australia’s new PayPal Rewards Card

From puppets making pottery to popcorn personal styling, our #PointsPossibilities competition to launch the PayPal Rewards Card in Australia, has piqued our imaginations pondering the plethora of products people could redeem rewards points on.
We’ve had an exciting start to the launch, with thousands of Aussies across the country signing up to our brand-new rewards credit card, and we’ve had more than a little help from comedian Jimmy Rees.
Not only has Jimmy been the face of our social media competition, but he’s helped inspire our customers (and our marketing team), on what PayPal rewards points could be spent on.
In a video created exclusively for PayPal Australia’s Newsroom, Jimmy talks #PointsPossibilties and how Aussies can spend on anything from the weekly grocery shop, a coffee run, a plane-ticket or even printer ink (extremely useful, if not a little boring!).
There are a multitude of possibilities and with Aussies being able to use the card in the PayPal wallet and anywhere Visa is accepted, earning points is easy. The only challenge is deciding which of the 750,000 eligible PayPal businesses to spend your points with when checking out with PayPal. (Thankfully Jimmy is here to help with that!)
Enjoy this exclusive video and head over to our social channels to peruse the points possibilities PayPal people have presented.
